비실명 아이디를 실명아이디로 전환 하는 내용인 것 같습니다.

일일이 영어로 쓰기도 그래서 이렇게 일일이 캡쳐 해서 말해 보겠습니다.

1. 네이버 창에서 본인 사진이나 프로필사진 나오는데로 가서 클릭 한다음에 설정창에서 이력관리를 클릭해서 

   이력관리 란에서 스마트봇 상담으로 갑니다. 

(Go to your photo or profile picture in the Naver window and click on it, then click Manage History in the Settings window and go to Smartbot Consultation in the Manage History field.)

2. 여기서부터 캡쳐해서 보일건데요 화면처련 해외인 실명인증방법을 치면은 스마트봇이 저런식으로 안내를 해줍니다. 

   동그라미 쳐져 있는대로 클릭하시면은  

(From here, you can take a screenshot and see that if you type in the real-name authentication method that is overseas, the smart bot will guide you in that way. If you click on it as it is circled)

3.두번째 화면처럼 나오는데 여기서 정보수정을 먼저 누른후 대한민국 외 국가 거주 회원실명 확인수정 요청을 눌러주세요. 

(It will appear like the second screen, where you can click Edit Information first, and then click Request for Correction to confirm the real name of the member residing outside of Korea.)

4. 누르면은 이런식으로 화면이 전환 됩니다. 그러면은 바로 밑으로 내려가 주세요.

(When pressed, the screen will switch like this. Then go right down.) 

5. 맨 밑에서 저 동그라미를 눌러주세요.

(Press that circle at the bottom.) 

6. 누르면은 이런 화면 창이 뜨고 여기에서 본인 에대한 작업을 해주세요. 그런다음에 화일을 제출하는데에다가 

   본인 id 카드나 여행비자 시민권 같은걸 제출해 주세요.

주의 할점 : 본인 사진이랑 본인 집 주소는 가려서 제출해 주셔야 합니다.

(When you press it, a screen window like this will pop up, and you can do the work on yourself here. Then, in addition to submitting your file, you will need to submit your ID card, travel visa, or citizenship. )

(Note: Please cover your photo and home address.) 

7. 다 작업이 끝나고 동의후 메일을 기다려서 승인 메일 받으면은 끝입니다.  

(When the work is finished, you can wait for the email after agreeing and receive the approval email.)

실명인증 안하면 본인인증 페이지 뜨기에 먼저 실명인증 절차를 끝내고 시도해주세요

*네이버 페이는 현재 문의 해서 오늘 연락을 받아서 알려드립니다. 

이미지로 설명 하겠습니다. (Let me illustrate it with an image.)  

1. 첫번째 네이버 창에서 왼쪽 위에 pay라고 되어 있는 이모티콘을 눌러 주세요. 

(In the first Naver window, tap the emoji that says pay in the upper left corner.)   

2. 다음과 같은 창이 뜨면은 맨 오른쪽 위에 녹색창에서 충전이라는 동그라미 쳐저 있는 걸 눌러주세요. 

(When the following window pops up, tap on the circle that says charge in the green window in the upper right corner.) 

3. 다음과 같은 창이 뜨면은 해외분들은 계좌 간편결제 말고 (이거는 오직 한국 에 사는 사람들 전용입니다.)

왼쪽에 흐리하게 일반결제라고 써있는 걸 눌러주세요. 

(When the following window pops up, it is clear that overseas people should not make simple payments (this is only for people living in Korea). Please press the one on the left that says "General payment" in blurred letters.) 

4. 이후에 일반결제 창으로 바뀌면은 신용카드(해외)라는 게 보일겁니다.  

  거기서 이미지에 제가 빨간색 동그라미 쳐저 있는걸 위에꺼 먼저 한다음에 밑에껄 눌러 주세요. 

(After that, when you change to the general payment window, you will see that it is a credit card (overseas). From there, I'm circled in red on the image, so do it first and then press it on the bottom.)

5. 그러면은 해외 회사카드가 뜹니다. 그런데 보다시피 3가지 회사 카드만 되니 참고 해주시길 바랍니다.  

   그후에 본인이 원하는 금액을 충전하시면은 모든게 끝납니다. 

(Then the overseas company card will appear. However, as you can see, it is only 3 company cards, so please refer to it. After that, you can top up the amount you want and you're done.)
