트위치 프라임 가입했는데

블리자드 계정 연결하니까 이 창만 뜹니다.

프라임 혜택중에서도 무료로 받는 아이템중에서 다른 게임은 아무렇지도 않은데

블리자드 게임만 이래요

아마 예전에 트위치프라임 7일 유지하고 그때 블리자드 계정에 연결했다가

기간 끝난뒤에 아마존 아이디 삭제하고 

이번에 다시 만들어서 유료 결제 했는데 그래도 이모양 이꼴이니 답답합니다

블리자드쪽에도 문의 보내봤지만 트위치쪽 문제라 어쩔수없다고하고

트위치 계정 연결해제만 20번은 한거같아요

맨 처음에는 한국어로 쓰면 트코쪽에 보내준다길래 한국어로 썻다가

반송받고

트위치 고객센터에 번역기 돌려가면서 썼어요

– Because the loot has been claimed by an alternate account that is also associated with your Amazon Prime account.
– Because you’ve switched Amazon accounts before claiming the loot. You’ll need to use the original Amazon account you used when signing up if you signed up for the current loot offer, but get an error before claiming anything.

If you are unsure which loot is associated with which account, please let us know immediately so this can be investigated further.

3.) If you have already claimed your loot, but do not see it in the game:
– Re-link your game account to see if this resolves the issue.
– Verify that this loot offer is not claimed on a secondary Twitch account. You can do this by visiting the following URL on Amazon: https://twitch.amazon.com/manage
