https://bitmidi.com/ -- Many popular songs, but many do not work well out of the box in Rust. And keep in mind that songs are still protected by copyright.

https://musescore.com/ -- You have to sign up for a monthly subscription, but the files are high quality and you get a free trial. 

https://flat.io/popular/weekly -- Similar to MusesCore but free and many fun pieces.
