Over the next two weeks, we will be running an experiment to promote streams of various sizes and categories on Twitch. Your channel has been chosen to be a part of this. There’s nothing more you need to do to be a part of this experiment.

At some point while the experiment runs, your stream may be labeled as “promoted” for a period of time and placed in an additional area like the homepage, navigation panels, or other places on Twitch. These promoted streams will be seen by a small subset of viewers.

So, while your stream is promoted, you may notice an increase in viewership. If your viewers ask, feel free to let them know you’re part of an experiment we’re running.
