간단히 말하면, 1월에 일부 자동 갱신이 설정된 구독 채널에서 자동 갱신이 풀려서 2월에 갱신이 안 되고 5~10일 정도 구독 혜택을 못 받는 경우가 생겼다네요. 그래서 해당 이슈가 일어난 채널은 1달 구독비만큼 환불될거라고 하네요. 자동 갱신으로 다시 설정도 되고요.

In February, Twitch experienced some issues with subscriptions that affected your subscription benefits. We wanted to reach out to provide you with some visibility into what happened and what we are doing to resolve the issue.
In January, we encountered a bug that changed one or more of your subscriptions from “auto-renew” to “do not renew”. When we discovered the issue in early February, some subscriptions had already lapsed silently, resulting in up to 5-10 days of lost subscription benefits. We have since resolved the root cause of the issue and restored any subscriptions that were affected by this bug, including sub benefits and sub streaks.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused. To make it up to you, we would like to provide you with a free month of subscription to the affected channel(s). No action is required on your end; you should see a refund for 1 month issued within 30 days, and your subscriptions have been set back to “auto-renew”.
