Elise changes: Base armor -5, Mana increased from 75 to 100, Spiderlings decreased from 2,3,4 to 1,2,4.

Demons changes: Chance to burn mana decreased from 35% and 60% at 2 and 4 to 25% and 50% respectively.

Shapeshifters max bonus hp reduced from 100% to 60%.

Edit: ALSO XP has been REMOVED from Mystery Boxes i m sure

BT is fixed I heard? Can any1 confirm.

Some things that were patched earlier but didnt see mentioned:

Gunslingers 4 passive bonus capped at 3 units from anyone in range. So essentially u only hit 1 extra person from 2 passive bonus. Pirates still OP (?) Gunslingers still decent with items like red buff, shiv, shrinking blade, disarm and hush.

Brand mana increased from 100 to 125

Also another important thing is that AS scales of base AS now instead of giving a flat amount which it did in live  (so overall weaker now)

Your champ would have to have at least 0.75 Base AS for recurve to give same AS as in live. (20*0.75 = 15%)

Most champs have lower than that including ADCs (Vayne has 0.65) so overall weaker. Same with guinsoos and wild bonus.
