"CUDA - Force P2 State"라는 드라이버 옵션이 있는데 저걸 꺼야 NVEnc인코딩 사용시 메모리 클럭이 하강하지 않습니다.

이 설정은 비디오 드라이버를 업데이트 할 때마다 초기화 되는터라 업데이트후에는 한번씩 해줘야 합니다.

서드파티 프로그램을 사용하지 않는 방법은 OBS를 위한 지포스 드라이버의 3D프로필을 만들어서 사용하는 방법입니다.
